The Forks of the Wabash Historic Park is located at
US 24 and SR 9, just west of Huntington, Indiana.
Located only 25 miles southwest of Fort Wayne, the Forks of the Wabash Historic Park is the
ideal spot to learn about history and have fun. The historic park is the site of the Chief's Richardville
Lafontaine home, a German immigrant's home, a one-room school house, trails, remnants of the
Wabash and Erie Canal, and, of course, the stately Wabash River.
